"The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning."

"Horrible experience. The staff was rude, the rooms were dirty, and I was charged $561 twice, plus a $250 deposit. No one informed me about the parking fee I only found out after seeing a notice placed on my car. There was a tree outside covered with large roaches, the room had a bad odor, and the key cards rarely worked. The bathtub also drained very poorly, causing water to back up every time it was used. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager, Danielle Sonn. I waited over an hour with my husband and children, but she never came out because she was supposedly “too busy.” I was told to come back later, so I returned two hours afterward, only to be told again that she was too busy and that I should send an email instead. I emailed as instructed and never received a response. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Poor customer service, lack of communication, and unacceptable room conditions made for a terrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Even though I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and available when check in was at three, other than it was a nice place. I love how artistic and creative the room was from the way you can move the main light fixture that’s over the bed. The shower was is huge and the sitting area was cozy. And for being in Phoenix that AC came in clutch especially at night time. All in all I would go back and stay there again!"
