"Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Mexico City can be a bit overwhelming but Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico was a perfect refuge. The restaurant was terrific, both for food and for the incredible view overlooking the Zocalo. There was also a lovely lounge for residents of the hotel only."

"Everything was 'as advertised' or BETTER! We chose the 'breakfast included' option, and it was fabulous with a full menu of choices. Dinner was also wonderful at Tezontle Restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable and exactly as represented. Top it all off with a great location and we'll definitely stay again when we return!!!"

"I've stayed in many hotels around the world and I loved Hotel Catedral. This was the best customer service I've ever experienced (front desk, doormen, cleaning staff, waiters...everyone!). The location couldn't be better, the room was clean and the view was gorgeous. We enjoyed the restaurant buffet and how it had many healthy choices with whole foods. Gracias por todo!"

"Very nice 5-star hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, close to attractions. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the 9th floor, and also had a very good facial at the spa. The only room for improvement is that the spa receptionist and esthetician don't speak any English. We had to communicate through Google Translate. "

"Our stay at Casa Filomeno was amazing! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it. From an effortless check in, which was 1:00 am, to check out, everything was perfect. Fransisco who worked in reception was incredible. He was always there to help with any of our needs. He went out of his way for us many times. The location was in a very safe and vibrant neighbourhood. The beds were so comfortable, and the suite had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. Also wanted to acknowledge Joanne...
