Third stay here, and the staff have consistently benn friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Take you to your room and leave, no hanging around thinking of a tip."

"Very disappointed on first view as it didn't match up to the picture on the website. We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at...
