"This was a super cute place! Nice bistro and helpful staff. While it wasn’t located in the main town area allowing us to walk we did like the overall location and hotel."

"The size of the room was small. There was only one bathroom and the stairs for loft beds were narrow. There was no toilet for the loft beds making it difficult to move around in the night time."

Banff Park Lodge

Banff Park Lodge

10/10 Excellent
"Everything about the accommodation was great, 9/10. The only thing we find that could use some improvement is the top blanket material, it was rough, but the bedding that skin touches are soft so it wasn't all bad - just wish that the entire bed is all soft and cozy. One recommendation and this could just be us, the room was very dry, we had the Jacuzzi on-suite and used that everyday, but I don't think the humidity was enough, because both of us still wake up in the morning with a dry throat. Perhaps providing a humidifier of sorts would be nice, but its a pretty odd request for hotels. The weekly buffets at Crave, the on-site restaurant is an easy choice for a solid 7/10 food experience if you really don't feel like getting out. But then again, the walking distance to everything downtown Banff is super close so I would encourage you explore. Regardless, we are definitely coming back to Banff Park Lodge."

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"The property was in a great location. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The spa area was fabulous after long days of hiking. The restaurant attached had great food with even better prices. We really liked the complimentary bus passes that we received upon check in. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but other than that the room fit our needs and the beds were comfortable."
