"The location was nice for the 2 night stay for the restaurants, flamenco show and the old Gothic quarters . If you want to be close to the beach and the Gothic area, this is great. The hotel is renovated, but the bathroom does have an odor that was a bit off for us, i think it is from the shower drain. There’s no elevator, so for those of us who have luggages or can’t climb stairs just know that it’s a beautiful old historic building. The air conditioner was working very well. "The main floor front entrance to the property was filled with construction materials and smelled bad. Luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs to an elevator. The Boutique 8 B & B hotel itself was lovely, quiet and clean. However, the room was not ready when I arrived shortly after check-in time. I waited an hour for the host to clean the room before I could settle in after a day of travel. That was the last time I saw anyone who wasn’t a guest. There was no breakfast provided, and the...

"Circa 1905 is centrally located in the De L’eixample neighborhood and only steps away from Gaudi’s La Pedrera. The BnB is tastefully appointed - understated and comfortable - in keeping with its location in central Barcelona. Friends of ours stayed here a few years ago and give Circa 1905 rave reviews.
