B&B di Barcelonès

"This is a beautiful historic property, very small, very quiet, meticulously maintained, delicious breakfast, the bed was so comfortable. I actually slept one night for over 11 hours. The bathroom is large and beautiful rainfall shower. The air-conditioning was incredibly necessary even in October and worked perfect. It was in an incredible part of town with tons of restaurants, shops, laundromat, grocery, anything you would need was within walking distance. Including to many major attractions."

"Don’t stay here if you think you will ever need to contact a staff member for any assistance. This accommodation is only staffed from 12pm - 7pm. Otherwise you’re on your own. The battery of the card reader for my room died and I was locked out of my room. Even though the information says staff are contactable 24 hours they are not. I spent hours trying to contact the manager and when she arrived she said it was not her fault that the card reader had died and she was not at all sorry she was...

"The staff were great. Very helpful with any questions on surrounding area. Excellent location. Unlimited amount of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions within a very short walk."

"We enjoyed everything about our stay at Casa Mathilda while visiting Barcelona after our cruise. The location was very convenient to the city sites a d the metro. The breakfast in the morning was also a special treat with a great variety of delicious pastries, meats, cheeses yogurt and eggs. The staff was very kind and helpful. Besides being a little difficult to find the front...

"We were greeted by friendly hosts who shared areas nearby or events going on. Our room was clean, comfortable and near Metro. Easy trip from and to Barcelona Sants station. Minutes from Gruell Park on the bus. Night life of restaurants are a plenty. I felt safe in neighborhood hotel. Taking Metro to Las Ramblas, La Boqueria and the Barcelonita beach was doable. Loved the adventure!"
