"Some mold and buildup in shower and having to request sufficient amount of towels for guests (6) after only receiving (4) daily was the only thing to say. Otherwise beautiful property nice breakfast and friendly staff! The children enjoyed the pool and the food at the bar was amazing!"

"Absolutely will not be back to this property, as a frequent Hilton Rewards member this experience has been the worst. Our room at no hot water for 24hrs with the engineer saying just let it run. The next day I requested a new room, which was accommodated yet the room was dirty and housekeeping refused to clean it as she stated “she already cleaned it” but offered the cleaning towels and spray for us to clean ourselves. Shower light was broken and key pad battery died leaving us to wait yet again for someone to come and fix something. This property offered back the resort fee as a refund as this stay was over 1400.00 for our stay. Not even willing to give up a full night refund, the stay was not welcoming and very rude. We will not be back to the property which is sad because it really set the tone for Puerto Rico for us and I did not enjoy. "

"Lovely place! They just need to work on their service and hospitality. Do NOT get drinks at the lobby bar! Overpriced and watered-down drinks with a garnish of rude bartenders."

"We couldnt check in on time. They downgraded our room in order to check in on time, and no compensation for this. They forgot the pack and play we requested and we had to call down 5 separate times to get it. They said they had one and then they didnt. They also had very loud construction going on with sawing during breakfast."

"My room had an odor coming from the bathroom. The hallway carpet is very stained. My room was very nice but the drawer from underneath the refrigerator is oxidized. The staff amazing especially The restaurant breakfast staff, two pool young men who waited on us! The front desk, we love Jafar! We were a group of 7."
