"We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again."

Room was very spacious and quiet with a modern, clean bathroom and great shower pressure.
Very comfortable bed.
Plenty of free parking, nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping.

"My husband booked a room in the house for our stay, as I was going to see Take That in Coventry. Google maps takes you to the property using the postcode (our car's sat nav didn't). "Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
