"As advertised, there was no A/C, and it is definitely hot, but honestly I’d still book. Great location, easy access and perfect for what we needed!"

"Nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Very reasonably equipped, minus the fact that there was dish soap but no sponges to clean kitchenware. The staff were always very cordial and online customer service was reasonably fast. The lounge areas made the stay truly amazing. Small area for improvement: adding AC in the gym and paid/free soap dispensers for the laundry rooms."

"Room on 6th floor facing west, overlooking Battersea Park (glimpses). Quiet and comfortable. Signs of wear and tear; one lamp didn't plug in, walls scuffed, bathroom quite tired and shower door didn't close properly, bathroom lights sporadic and loose connection. Didn't interact with staff at all apart from checking in."

"The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly and courteously. Our room had the high ceiling and two large windows in a Victorian building, creating a beautiful space that combined a homey atmosphere with warmth and elegance. The location was also excellent. We heard almost no traffic noise and enjoyed a sound sleep at night. "

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"The hotel rooms are now somewhat dated especially the bathroom and there are works in progress within the main building lobby. The breakfast was good value and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a major plus not being charged for car parking."

"Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again"
