"Loved this place, ideal family rooms with kids bit being a separate room....breakfast was amazing as was the meal in the evening....weather was terrible due to storm Dennis, will definitely be returning sk we can enjoy the great location. 5 stars from me"

"Really lovely stay. I booked 5 rooms for a wedding and staff could not have been nicer. Special thanks to Tracey on reception and Ray in the bar. Only not picky points are that the shower wasn’t great and the beds were too soft. Powdermills is a beautiful hotel in a picture perfect setting"

"Pleasant hotel with decent public areas. Food good in restaurant but not able to sample breakfast as this was too late for business guests. Room very warm and difficult to cool even with supplied fan. Quite a tricky exit/entrance from main road depending on time of day. Staff lovely and made to feel welcome during the stay. Good value for the room chosen and overall a good experience."

"It is what it is - a cheap hotel. But, really comfortable bed, great pillows, spacious bedroom and CLEAN. Staff are a bit shy but friendly... and they don’t bite!"
