"We have stayed 4 times previously, and often things start to drop off a little after all Rama Residents is about 10 years old now. The friendship shown by staff is first class, everyone from reception, pool guy, restaurant staff and even security guy in the evening treat everyone like we’re all so special. "Amazing hospitality, great food and excellent rooms and pools . The property is a bit old but very well kept . My thanks to the duty manager and staff for making our journey so comfortable . The SPA is also good but pretty pricey ."

"Amazing beach front access with lounge chairs always available in the most comfortable and serene environment under the trees. Rooms a little dated but perfectly adequate. Brekky great BUT filtered coffee quite yuck and barista coffee had to be purchased. All in all a great resort with terrific pools and beach access."

Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Wonderful buffet breakfast and very friendly staff."

The layout was a little different than we expected regarding the kitchen—it isn’t a full kitchen, as it only includes a fridge and a sink without a cooking stove.
