"What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how 'dangerous' it is. That is nonsense. Go here, have an open mind and cook some good meals for yourself. The manager Raquel is the best! "

"Had a barbershop and pool hall with music downstairs so fun place to hang out, I was recovering from dental surgery so perfect spot to just safe money and recover, on a busy street so easy access to everything, I’m from the city so street noise doesn’t bother me. It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups or families! "
