"Room did not appear to have been fully cleaned before check in. Bedding was old or dirty. Items left in mini fridge from previous guests. Water did not get hot and box AC unit did not cool room. Staff did not answer or respond to calls timely or at all. The photos that are displayed were not accurate and did not truthfully reflect the conditions of this hotel. "

"Charming but a little over priced for the age and quirks of the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a little tricky but manageable. Great area, walking distance to many great shops, restaurants and nightlife."

"Booked a room for reggae rise up and upon checking in after the office closed at night It was discovered that the shower would not turn off and had been stuck on hot water for hours. The entire room was a sauna. I was told they had no other rooms. Then a housekeeper went into a room with no lights on and stayed in there for a few minutes and came out saying that they could give us that room which had obviously not cleaned. I was unable to speak to management because they were gone for the night,...

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great: however our room wasn’t clean. There was dirt and debris in the corners of the room of the bathroom. Carpet in the sleeping area was filthy. Nothing had been wiped down in our room like the counters, desk area etc. This COULD be a great hotel with some minor renovations and cleaning. "

"This is the worst property I have stayed at in my 60 years of traveling. Dirty, no amenities. sight states there is wi-fi which there wasn't - staff even said so. I do my business on the internet so I was shut out. I had paid for 3 nights - left after one. Property manager refussed to credit me for the 2 nights I stayed there. Also, it was not an Econo Lodge, it was a Budget Inn. Very dissatisfied!!!"
