Very good, clean, good location.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. It's hard to relax in the shower when you're conscious of potentially flooding the place. A liquid soap dispenser (like the one in the shower) at the handbasin, rather than a...

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and our room superb - very spacious, extremely bright, with a terrific bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with all of the food being extremely fresh. The hotel is right next to Notting Hill tube station and is surrounded by stunning houses, a number of great restaurants as well as Kensington Park.

Good location, terraced style apartment

I love this place so much I'm going back again at the end of August. It has everything that the traveller in London would want: dear little kitchen with fridge, hotplate and microwave; en suite, lots of beautiful objects that lend the place character, scrupulously clean, every-obliging staff, central to everything, and with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office and many shops within a stone's throw. It even has a guest lounge, a garden and a laundry.

Great addition to London hotel scene. Modern in heritage building. Great quality food (especially breakfast). Young and enthusiastic staff.

Lovely hotel. Basic but clean room, comfy bed, nice showers. Good location and close to several underground stations, right by Hyde Park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only slight downside was we were in a room on the bottom floor and there was quite a lot of noise from the floorboards of people moving along the corridors upstairs, not a huge deal though, I’d definitely book again if staying in the Paddington area.

Nice hotel, great location and very helpful and friendly staff

Fantastic value, great location, lovely people and fabulous room. Not a single negative for me - and I am super fussy!!

Lovely receptionist, helpful and very quite and peaceful stay

Newly renovated, nicely furnished and well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, crisp white sheets, I have a small room with some outside noise room 216, but it was comfortable and ideal for a one night stay. Would prefer a larger room for any longer stay. Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, breakfast was good and timely, hot buffet needs to serve selection of eggs rather than standard scrambled which never hits the spot! Wish the team at the hotel success London needs more new...

Perfect central location, clean, well equipped room and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast service too.
