Lovely quiet rooms above a recently renovated pub in the heart of Westbourne Grove, a short walk to Notting Hill. Welcome drinks and service to carry our bags to the room, nothing but a good experience. Cheers!

Lovely Notting Hill Spot

Every member of the staff was wonderful and so accommodating. The room was perfect for what we needed, and absolutely loved the location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation

Had a fantastic stay at The Hayden, just wish we could’ve stayed for more than one night. A lovely welcome by George who showed us to our room, which was on the top floor accessed via a narrow staircase. The room was beautiful, lots of complimentary items inc robes, slippers, a variety of teas and coffees, water, snacks and there was even a fridge tucked away in the wardrobe. The room and en-suite were spotless with complimentary toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. The bar served a variety of food and drinks, served by friendly bar staff. Would highly recommend this accommodation

It was great. .6 mi walk from Paddington, wonderful service, welcome drink, departing coffee, super kind and helpful host, fantastic Fish and Chips. Rooms were well done, comfy, gratis chocolate. We will definitely come back here again.

Comfy rooms, nice and quiet except for the music from the pub and the room doors slamming shut in the early hours. But the music ended early and the departing guests could have closed their doors quietly instead of letting them slam shut. Nice complimentary goodies on arrival and in the room except we had no coffee pods for our last morning. But no big deal. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Spent a night here during oasis event. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us, a welcome drink on arrival was unexpected but appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable but be aware there are lots of steps to rooms so if you have issues with steps maybe take this in account. Transport links are good with underground and bus stops within 20min walk, its close to Portobello road, Kensington gardens also. The only reason we didn't give this 5 stars was because of the breakfast.... I had the full breakfast whilst the wife has poached egg and avocado on toast, all our eggs were cold, and the bacon and sausage were nearly cold as well. All the above food looked pre cooked and was not cooked to order so maybe the area they use to keep food warm was broken or not switched on? For the price we were expecting better and felt disappointed as we were both looking forward to it. Didn't want to say anything at the time as the staff had been so nice but on reflection maybe I should have, might just of been an off day by the chef ? Looking ahead I would stay here again but I'd give the breakfast a miss next time

Our stay at The Hayden Pub & Hotel was great. Duarte checked us in at the bar and offered us a complimentary drink. The room was 2-level, clean, and nicely decorated. We stayed for one night the return from a London/Paris holiday trip. Notting Hill is very safe and walkable. The hotel is close to Paddington Station. Highly recommend this hotel for the quality and the rate.

Could not have been more pleased with our stay. The room was charming, clean, comfortable, and the staff were so accommodating and pleasant. The cocktails at the pub were delicious, and the location was perfect

This place was fabulous! Such a nice part of town and their food and service was fabulous. If you like a nice beer as you wind down, they will deliver it to your room. Nathan and George were such wonderful hosts! Nathan makes you feel as if you were at home! You won't be disappointed staying here.

Well the fact that is part of a pub was a great experience. People might be afraid that it would be noisy but the rooms are perfect and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. Super clean and the food at the pub was excellent. I would really recommend the fish and chips ans staying here for the whole experience.

I absolutely LOVED staying here and would definitely book this place again. The manager is incredibly kind, the staff was lovely and the pub was so great and convenient! I felt super safe in this area as a solo traveler and was able to access the Tube really easily. I was sad to leave, but I can’t wait to come back!

Perfect position Bill Grangers a few minutes walk up the same street. Portobello road around the corner. Clean well appointed rooms restaurant gave us a discount because we were staying there. Loved the photos of dogs in uniform on the walls, very cute.
