"Property was good. This is our second time this year. Didn’t like that I paid $341 for parking. Pool bars was closed most of the time. Food was good when we ate on site. I would rate 7/10"

"The rooms were cleaned and spacious, the staff were really friendly and helpful, kids loved it, AC stopped working, maintenance were there in seconds to fix it. Great place to stay. I will recommend."

"Ok, the room had a slight smell and the shower was a disappointment. Old corroded shower head that didn't spray well. Was excited for a relaxing shower and was a let down, just for a day so didn't bother to change rooms as I assume that is the standard for all rooms. Also disappointed that they charge $26 for parking in their parking lot overnight. Didn't know until day of stay when I reviewed and email."

"Hotel was clean, well maintained. Room was spacious, clean and odor free. During our one week stay the hotel was cleaned numerous times during the day, from the lobby to the hallways. It seemed that cleanliness was top priority. Staff were helpful and always polite and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, cereals and just about everything else was top notch. Highly recommend."

"The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but they do have additional options if you want to purchase them. The pool is deep, which we loved. The elevator was very slow and we often found ourselves having to wait a while as it was often full of people (our room was on the 4th floor), but there are stairs for those who don't want to wait!"

"Our family had a great stay. Super clean suite and easy access to the amenities. Plenty of towels and kitchen accessories for the week. We even got access to the amenities at the Hilton across the street. Communication was great when storms would close the pools. I would stay here every time we’re in the area."

"Housekeeping every 3 days is really insufficient. Carpet needs deep cleaning, breakfast buffet need better traffic management, staff are nice. Room needs deep carpet cleaning, and some areas of the room need repair."
