"Room was good until we found bed bugs we packed up and left after we found it. Parking lot is really small."

"The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate."

"The room was nice and clean but much smaller than I expected. Would have been nice if the TV was mounted on the wall so I could actually use the desk in the room. The breakfast was dreadful. Muffins were stale and the orange juice was going bad. Not impressed."

"It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It was under renovations so it wasn't the best kept when you walked into the hotel. Our room was a little dusty, and the shower wasn't all that clean at least to me. Everything else was fine. Sheets and towels all seem to be clean."

"Parking felt a bit sketchy, entry doors to building had no locks so anyone could access building and door closures didn't work so you could hear doors slamming loudly all the time. Room was okay, appeared clean and in good order. Overall it felt like it was decent but not safe and secure."

"I did not enjoy me stay. The staff was watching me and my family from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and I will never give them my business again "

"Steelhead Inn is a hangout for riff raff. Super sketchy people everywhere. We had to leave in the middle of the night due to loud guests next to us. I felt really unsafe. Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Drug and alcohol abuse everywhere to be seen. Perminant residents here, living like the place is a drug house. An absolute horrible experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
