"Nice facility that is currently under some renovation. However, the between rooms is seriously lacking (at least in our case)."

"Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We got to the property early and I knew checking in would be iffy. One of the Housekeepers was talking to the girl who was checking me in and the girl reminded me that check in was at 5 she chimed in and said we just finished cleaning a bunch of rooms. I was not able to check in. I came back a couple hours later and there was another girl at the desk who rudely asked me if I got text message saying my room was ready. I let her know I didn’t and that I just wanted to check in again. No room available what a surprise. I come back 30 minutes later and my husband walks in before me and says I know check in isn’t until 5 so we are hanging out here in the lobby. The girl and guy at the desk immediately say what’s your name we have rooms ready. I walk in as he says our last name and the girl looks as me and says oh. Yeah your room wasn’t ready when I checked. Then she plays dumb and still makes us wait for a room. Terrible service!! "

"My family and I stayed here 3 nights . Judy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful! The amenities at this place are awesome ! Family friendly and so much to do ! Jacuzzis are awesome and heated pool is so nice! Close to shopping and a five minute drive to THE VILLAGE . Will definitely come back here !"

"Good location and spacious property that allows dogs. Only downside is the room could have been better cleaned and the floors especially bathroom area where theres still dirt/stain on tiles and in-between tiles(grout) which would need to get steam cleaned. Overall I would consider coming back if rooms are well cleaned."

"We stayed for one night at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. It’s a lovely property, which I understand was recently renovated. The lobby and rooms have a charming retro style that adds lots of character. Our room was spotless, and roomy. Parking couldn’t be any more convenient right outside of our room. The chimney added a perfect touch, so be sure to purchase a chimney kit from the lobby. The heater is pretty loud, but we were still able to sleep throughout. However, what stood out was the service. The attentiveness we received from Jordan was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He even kindly offered to take the fire wood to our room and start it! Who does that anymore? Huge shoutout to him for his hard work and dedication. They are very lucky to have him! Give him a raise! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Big Bear. It is also a short drive to the Village, which was very convenient"

"Great location and very friendly staff. Building was old and could hear everything thru walls. Running water and toilets flushing day and night. "

"Gorgeous property right on the lake! Easy walking to the marina for boating activities and super close to town and restaurants and the village! The restaurant on site Del Nonna is super fun and yummy and you can eat in a bubble dome. Highly recommend at night when the little twinkling lights are on. We came for spring break and luckily came on the first day that the lake opened the only thing that was a disappointment was the complimentary bikes weren’t available to use."
