"Breakfast was poor quality, but everything else was fantastic "

"Room was ok. Space was maintained but not super clean. We had a two night stay where the last night they hosted a party. There was loud music from well before 8 pm - 10:30 pm. We could hear the music from the first floor to the 4th floor. Floors vibrating and loud music consistently. When mentioned to the staff they said it was being handled. Then a call around 9 pm when they stated it was being handled. The music did not shut off until after 10:30 pm that night. We then mentioned it at check out and we were brushed off and told it wasn’t there problem. The lady then picked up the ringing phone and didn’t finish the conversation. Disregarding anything we had to say. "

"Outdoor heated pool and hot tub are amazing, clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff "

"No towels in our room when we checked in. The weight machine in the gym was out of service and the cardio machine was wobbly. The lining in the tub was peeling up. And there was drug paraphernalia in the drawers. It was however super cheap and conveniently located on the LrT line. Super cheap to cab anywhere downtown and the hotel room wasn’t otherwise unclean or unsafe feeling."
