"Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. Yes they are doing construction to the front facing part of the building so you don’t really have much of a view, but most people don’t spend a lot of time in their hotel room in New York City. Other than that, maybe I got lucky but I had an exceptional room clean, and staff are wonderful."
