"Did not have breakfast there. Housekeeping missed my roon 2 days in a row. I had to take dirty towels to them + switch out for clean ones. Sink barely drained. Hard to use. Kim @ front desk very helpful with getting boarding passes from her computer as public one wasn't working. (She fixed that soon.)"

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "

"Check in was satisfactory. There’s a $50 deposit even when you pay at booking. The location is great right off 28th Street which is the main road through Grand Rapids. There’s no carpet on the floors in the rooms which is a requirement for me. I’d recommend removing the fabric office chair and sofa and replacing with leather type cover. The room was mostly clean. "When first arriving, the staff at the front desk were helpful and explained amenities as well as what time everything happened. The room was very clean, and was well organized. The amenities that are provided at this location are awesome! Not only do they offer complimentary breakfast, but they also offer complimentary dinner with a drink card. Dinner was inclusive, with there being options for everyone."
