"The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. First day I arrived early morning, 7:30 am and my room was supposed to be ready for 3:00 pm. one of the crew took special care of me and she made arrangements for my room to be ready by 10:00 am. she did an amazing job.
