"This one bedroom was directly over the beach area and the smell of the sargassum took over! It also needs to be updated! Older property on the island. The unit was very basic. Definitely call ahead of time to see what unit you’re paying for. When it rained the ceiling in the bedroom started to leak but they did refund me for that night. That was my last night in that unit. The kitchen had what they called, “crazy ants.” That really bothered me! They did come and spray and put some ant trap down…...

"This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The first morning we had to take cold showers. The whole hotel had no hot water. Towels didn’t even dry us. They don’t have security at night so every night, someone was loud and obnoxious. The worst was our last night. Loud music and screaming until 3:30 am. I got no sleep. The bathrooms were dirty and needed renovated, the pool had chunks taken out of it. Only positive was the front desk lady. She was very nice. Will never stay in that hotel...

"Amazing place to stay. Easy walk to any food, drinks and activities. Not loud at night time which is very nice. One of our favourite parts of the property was the dock, spent many days fishing and swimming. We saw sting rays and nurse sharks swim right under us! Amazing island! All of the staff was amazing, personable, and kind! Was also neat to have bikes provided to us by the hotel to cruise around the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!
