"My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Lakeview Restaurant was a huge surprise! We were expecting overpriced mediocre food but our dinner was fantastic! Everything in the hotel was clean for the most part. The indoor pool area could use some attention. The rooms and pools could use some updating, but overall the whole resort was pretty great. Would stay again if in the area. The sunset over Lake Bellaire was absolutely gorgeous."

"When I put in the search for amenities I specified I wanted a pool and this hotel did not have a pool. The smoke from the Canada fires were so bad the hotel smelled like smoke. I was not a good trip we couldn't even go to the beach due to the smoke and not having a pool was a complete disappointment!"

"Frustrated with room key not working periodically. Had to have new keys issued 2 of the 3 nights. The beds are not comfortable. Mattresses are too soft too."

"The property was in an excellent place with great beach access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is boxed and left outside your door. The rooms were clean and many have a view of the beach. Parking is free and easy to access. The only issue was service of the room. The notice in the room said it would be cleaned/refreshed every 3 days. However, we had to request this service. The front desk staff helped with this and the cleaning staff were very efficient in getting...

"This place is great. The shower is hot. The room is nice. The restaurant is open late. The bar is open later. The pool / hot tub is open 24 hours. The size of the pool is my only complaint."
