"Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available. As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended."

"Room was lovely, just the right size. Staff welcoming & friendly, A lovely touch to get a free breakfast the following day. No issues with parking. Only 1 point to make, room was very hot so we should have asked for a fan (but it was 34 degrees outside!), so not even sure a fan would help!. Overall, would definitely return if we needed a night in Southampton again."
