"I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! "

"A true gem of a hotel in York. Easily walkable to centre. Hotel and rooms spotlessly clean. Tasty, hot breakfast with plenty choice. Comfortable rooms but a little too hot. Good parking area at rear of hotel. Staff very pleasant and could not be more helpful. Special shout out to Gemma and Stuart who were both excellent. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars all round. "

"A delightful place to stay in a great location with lovely hosts. A short 10-15 minute walk and you're in middle of town with all the sights. Breakfast consists of lots of fresh homemade options that are top notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with refreshments and amazing smelling toiletries. Would love to stay again. Look no further, this is the one you should book. "

"The Burton Stone Inn was super clean and a very cute property! The outside terraces were well set up and our room was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive when any issues came up! " Staff were friendly , polite and helpful. The property is situated about an 8-10 minute walk it felt safe and was a nice stroll. The rooms are exquisite, a lot of work has gone into making everywhere look effortlessly stylish Breakfast was delicious, beautiful ingredients and beautifully presented, nothing was too much trouble.
