"Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. "

I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. We checked in during the evening when the hotel was not busy, yet we still had to wait several minutes because the front desk receptionist (I believe her name was Debby) was apparently at the gas station on the corner. "The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one. I asked the front desk agent and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had drinks for sales, that’s it. Very misleading I would’ve gotten the less expensive room."

"Glitter on one of the beds, no table or chair, only available outlet was behind one of the beds and a hole in the wall where possibly a smoke detector might have been. Did have a half sized mini fridge, full size microwave on top of it and coffee pot on top of that, towels and cable tv."

"I loved staying in this historic beauty with a speakeasy jazz club beneath it. I enjoy vintage style and this place was simply a delight and adjacent to the Eastman Museum! Great little boutique find!"
