"I stayed in the king room. There was no microwave and no smart TV, so plan on eating cold food and watching basic DirecTV with lots of ads. If you are traveling with a dog, there is no convenient place at the hotel for them to go potty. You have to walk about one block to Military Park, which is especially inconvenient at night. One very positive thing for me was that there is a Whole Foods about two blocks away. The cleaning ladies are very nice. Especially Josefa. The receptionist Brianna too."

"We were in our room getting ready for event. Someone walked in who was also assigned our same room. We called down to front desk and the girl responded not by apologetic, she told me she’s busy down there at Theo time. I asked for an apology and nothing. After asking for a mgr . We were asked to come down. The mgr spoke with us and did apologize. The room is small. Our room was right next to the elevator we heard the noise from that all night. Though the bathroom rent you heard others talking....

"Room smelled like smoke when we checked in, hotel was full so they couldn't switch us and front desk didn't have air freshener for relief. Also had an issue with the tub,and the maintenance person walked into our room on our last morning without knocking while we were in there and getting our kids dressed.That should've never happened! Got no apology. Needless to say, we will not be staying here during our next stay to Newark."

"I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel"

"The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. "

"Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service "

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."
