There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. "First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

"Hi, I just wanted to let you know that there was a leak in the bathroom, right between the toilet and the sink. It seems like it might be coming from the room above. Also, I noticed a small roach in one of the glasses that was left for drinking water. I thought it would be best to bring both issues to your attention. Thank you."
