"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...

"ressalto pontos da nossa estadia:o local é longe dos pontos turisticos, se voce sabe pegar trem tudo bem; o bairro é de imigrantes outra cultura. o apartamento é um pouco velho, se tiver mala a escada é terrivel, mas é bom para familia- 2quartos, a porta é ruim de abrir. mas o atendimento foi otimo, solicitos. resumo nao voltaria pela localização."

"This was a convenient location for us at a reasonable price for one night. We were greeted warmly at reception, but the room was definitely a bit disappointing - nothing was actually wrong, it just lacked charm. Might just be my personal taste!"

"I booked this apartment because I was attending a work event nearby in Shoreditch. I knew it would be basic and wasn’t expecting luxury, but there’s a clear difference between basic accommodation and somewhere that hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained.
Several areas were not clean, particularly in the bathroom. The shower screen had heavy marks and build-up, the shower fittings had visible deposits, and the grout was discoloured. The overall finish felt tired and poorly looked...

"I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. I can't be #profanityerased# to pay double for something a little bit pretty. It's a decent bed, clean enough, awesome location.
On the management side was awful. I booked the day before and I had to get Expedia involved the night before travelling at 10pm because I didn't have the exact address, codes for access and the necessary...
