Also the house keepers never tend to the rooms even when you’re there for a week and don’t have the DND sign on, you have to bring the used towels to the front desk and ask for fresh ones as they don’t...

"The room was old. The bathroom had rust on the drain in the tub, the room smelled stale, A/C sucks. Staff were great and polite. WiFi was slow. Breakfast was so delicious. Pool was perfect. They’re kind to pets."

"Located just off of I495, the first impression of Hilton Garden hotel is of a nice facility, large well lit parking areas and nicely landscaped grounds with flowers leading to the entrance of the hotel. Upon entering, the lobby is a very open area with high ceilings, giving an open and airy feel. Coffee, and cold drinks are available, along with a snack bar area with beverages and snacks for purchase. The even had bottled beer and wine for sale. "Pros: nice rooms, the 12 noon checkout allowed us to enjoy the pool, comfortable beds, price was decent, full size fridge Cons: Toilet required us to keep the tank cover off to manually flush, the sink kept not draining, tv wouldn’t turn on, lots of weird flickering lights in the hallways."

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"This hotel needs an update. Poorly maintained. Tried 3 times to get a plastic passkey to work. We were told they keep reusing the old ones. Key never worked on doors to side parking lot. Our room did not have a garbage can in the bathroom, no lamp on the desk, no hairdryer, and no microwave. It advertised a walk in shower for handicapped but they said they had no such room."
