"The night I checked in, 10/18, I settled into my room after a full day of travel and made my way downstairs when I learned that the kitchen had just closed at 21:30 (the time was 21:32). I hadn't eaten a proper meal after a full day of travel from the US and didn't want to venture out for food. The staff and chef on shift graciously accomodated me and allowed me to order a salad even though their kitchen was closing. Very gracious!"

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully.
My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well.
The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"The flat itself was fine.
It was, however, on the third floor and the lift had been deactivated or was out of order. I contacted them immediately, but our stay ended before they did anything about it.
So ok if you have no accessibility issues, but having been informed my pregnant partner was struggling they didn't do anything."

"The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money.
There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"We had a great stay at The Chamberlain Hotel, we were very impressed with the little extras the hotel gave us, like having 2 bottles of water and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated. The hotel also gave us a complimentary drink in the bar for us both. The breakfast was brilliant and we will be booking this hotel the next time we stay in London."
