"The front desk staff was pleasant. The property itself was very well maintained. The pools, recreation areas, mini golf were great. The hotel room we stayed in was ok, the mattresses were not the greatest, they need updating and the room itself had lots of visible wear and tear and smelled a bit musty. We were grateful for a quiet place to sleep after a long day of travel. Thank you!"

"The Fulton Steamboat Inn is very unique. You'll feel as if you've been transported back in time. The service and meals at the restaurant are very good. The Inn is a short distance from most if not all of the Amish Villages. The rooms are clean,and decorated in a style typical when steamboats were popular."

"I found the staff very responsive to any of the needs that I had. Breakfast was very well made and the staff kept the seating area clean even though it would get very busy in there, staff member was always very patient and helpful. Floors in room could be a little cleaner. Had an issue with small ants by air conditioner and was immediately offered another room. We didn't need another room. They just came in and sprayed and took care of it. Beds very comfortable. Coffee and tea available 24...

"The cottages makes you feel like you’re in the country even though you are so close to everything. Have stayed here in the past and raved about the place. Unfortunately the property and cleanliness has gone downhill over the years. The room was not clean. There was dog poop right at the door. The room was stale smelling. The front of the toilet was not clean. There were coffee grounds on top of the microwave and the shower curtain was absolutely disgusting."

"Beds are advertised as queen, but they are full / double. Wifi was poor at times and varied greatly. The access point is only in the office and at 1 point, I got less than 0.5 mbps in the room and about 10 mbps in the office. Later I was getting 25 in the room."
