"Even aside from the whole palace aspect, this was an immaculate hotel with wonderful staff and an exceptional emphasis on cleanliness. The housekeeping staff definitely deserve recognition and praise. A good location to boot. My only complaint is a minor one: the fresh orange juice at breakfast was so bland it was perhaps the only time I have tasted something that tasted negatively on the sweetness scale. A fascinating but disappointing experience in an otherwise amazing stay. Would stay again."

"The hotel is in a good central position on a main bus route from the airport. It is an intriguing hotel of several buildings. It's really lovely and quiet didn't feel crowded. The staff are great, the pool and restaurants are excellent. Our room wasn't huge but had a cute outside patio. The room had everything you needed including quiet aircon. The spa and pool were convenient and enjoyable. The front desk manager was pleasant; however, warmer and more welcoming smiles from some of the front desk staff would further enhance the guest experience. The taxi service partnership was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return."
