"This property was just okay. The rooms are just basic. The location itself was in good proximity to Big Ben, Westminster Abby and the London Eye to be sure. However, the hotel views are of the train tracks right behind you and if you open your window for fresh air it can be quite noisy. For me, when I arrived my toilet seat was something I had to reattach myself. The shower does allow water to go out in to the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a box spring...

"1 of 5 stars. The actual room size is shockingly small compared to the spacious photos. Inside, with the queen bed, you can only fit one person at a time. With two people, you have to side-step and inch-walk to move. Having two checked bags and two carry-ons made it incredibly uncomfortable and crowded. The sink is impossibly tiny, and the toilet area is so narrow that your body touches the wall. I will definitely avoid this hotel on future trips."

"Very helpful front staff. Great location for walking to many tourist sites and along the Thames. About £100-120 taxi ride from Heathrow or can take an express train (two lines). Breakfast is hearty and all you can eat. Rooms are adequate, not luxurious but comfortable, clean and quiet."

"Management needs serious work. Before checkin, I was told I could deposit my luggage. At checkin, I was told this was not the case. The back and forth calls to figure out why this misinformation was given to me resulted in the hotel realizing their error, attempting a fix, but still me missing an event I paid for.
Late at night when I came back to enter my room, the code I was given did not work. My phone was almost out of batteries, and had it actually gone out of battery or if I did not...

"The location is great with many bus and subway transportation options. The female staff that checked me in was so unfriendly to the point that it made me hesitate to go down to the pub for drinks. I did end up visiting the pub a few times and the other staff were fine. Expedia listed optional English breakfast for £9.9 but it was £11.
The room was very crammed but fine for the price. The bed seemed clean but I got bug bites on my legs. I really hope they aren’t bedbug bites… There is only one...

"Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig , doch sehr klein für 4 Personen ( 2Kinder 13 Jahre alt ) es gab keinerlei Schränke und die 2 Schubladen die es gab waren voll mit Kissen somit muss man aus dem Koffer leben was wenn das Zimmer so klein ist auch schwierig ist . Sauber war das Zimmer und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Das Bad war mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, der Wasserdruck war so niedrig das normales Duschen sehr mühsam war . Das Frühstück it typisch englisch und völlig ok . Das Essen im Restaurant...

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."
