"We stayed in the Paddocks so having our own little kitchen was a bonus as in preparation we bought a few breakfast bits with us. The B&B was beautifully presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Wayne met us on arrival and had also sent detailed instructions before we arrived. We thoroughly recommend staying here and we will consider doing so again when in the area visiting family. "Communication before arrival was excellent and all questions were answered. Our dogs were able to join us and the location is brilliant for rural walks and for visiting Warwick University. The premises is exactly as descibed and immaculate. The double bed was comfy as were the pillows. It was lovely and quiet overnight. This morning David delivered breakfast at the arranged time.
