"I would definitely stay here again. Very close to the train station, a 3-4 minute walk. Love this state! Traveled to Manhattan and other areas. Location of hotel is not the best but 100% not the worst, stay to yourself like every other new yorker. Staff were helpful and kind. Room was very neat and spacious, traveled with 4. "

"This is a five star hotel in the Bronx. If you are driving, there a limited number of free gated guest parking on a first come first serve basis, which was a pleasant surprise to me since I was already prepared to pay for parking in a 3rd party garage. I loved this place."

"The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. There is an excellent pizza place down the street and the building wasn't far from the subway or from buses. Had a great experience and would stay again!"

"The staff is very nice. The hotel is new, modern and clean. Rooms are very small & compact but - it’s NYC. Amenities are sparse - 1 bottle of water per guest for the entire stay + 2 pods of regular coffee. Coffee & cups were not refilled. We had no room service at all on our 3rd day. "
