"Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being free". They also state that the carpark is £18 for 24hours. It was £25. We picked this hotel based on the spa being part of it. "

"The reception area needed a good clean, room was ok, had been updated to a below average standard. Road noise kept me awake, even with ear plugs. "

"Accommodation was absolutely horrible. I paid for double room and they provide me tiny twin room with broken mirror on the wall. Looked more like prison cell than hotel room. When I ask to get double room which I paid for lady at the bar told me she didn't allocate the rooms and don't have any other available. It was impossible to park a car nearby and I have to park 10 minutes away from hotel. Nothing was right in there. I left this place and booked other accommodation as I didn't want to stay in this horrible conditions. Would recommend to avoid this place. "
