"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"Resort is excellent and staff great. We were in a villa with a semi-private pool which was fantastic. Breakfast was fine, some of the buffet food could have been hotter - just go for the egg station. Was lacking shade on the beach, and the beach is not good for swimming. "
"We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa."

"The beautiful view with the infinity pool was very relaxing and it was easy to ask for a taxi to local beaches and restaurants. The taxi is a seat without seat belt or helmet in the back of a small truck, on some rough roads but if you can handle that, bring cash for a great stay.
