"We really enjoyed our brief stay at Elite Venue. The staff were friendly and helpful, every part of the process was very smooth. The highlights were how comfortable the bed was, the spa area and the blackout curtains which were perfect after seeing the new year in all night!"

"Room smelled musty. The toilet roll hadn't been topped up before my stay & had to request it was refilled. You need to request a room clean if you require one. Not enough towels provided, had to request more. 1 out of 3 receptionists was friendly, others barely spoke as walked through reception."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay."

"Fabulous stay at stay @FL, wish we’d had more time at the actual venue as the surroundings are fantastic!! Very peaceful and Paul was great! We had a lovely breakfast of poached egg (resident chickens) and salmon/ham! Would defo recommend, also take walking shoes (trainers) and go for a walk!! "

"Room clean staff excellent - courteous efficient and friendly, Bucks Fizz welcome on Christmas morning and small stocking of chocolates on door - nice touches, selection of teas in room Chamomile and Earl Grey - would have included English Breakfast, buffet breakfast: excellent choice, all hot items hot would keep eye on bacon drying out under lights - dish cover?"

"Check in was extremely straightforward the room in the stable was very comfortable and the whole place was quiet and peaceful. Very convenient for the airport but without the constant hustle and bustle of an airport hotel. only 5 min on the number 3 bus and we were at the terminal. "

"If you are flying from the south terminal I can’t recommend this hotel enough! It’s basic but all that you need and the rainfall showers are great for distressing after a long trip! The lift takes you straight from your room to the baggage hall and it just takes a lot of stress out of travelling! "
