"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful, willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"Apartment was clean and had everything I needed.
However this listing should have clearly stated that it was above a night club, and music was played until 1.30am each night."

"The room was clean and very reasonable for the price paid. The amenities, such as the coffee machine and fridge, were great to have for the couple of days I was there.
I messaged to ask about a later checkout and was told that I could check out at 12pm instead of the usual 11am. However, the cleaner arrived at 11am and tried to tell me that I needed to leave. As there is no reception at the hotel, I called the hotel’s office, who told me they didn’t know who had sent the message confirming the...

"The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. However, future guests should be aware of two important issues. First, there is no elevator, which made hauling two large suitcases up to the third floor a real workout; this definitely needs to be stated upfront in the listing description. Second, there was a persistent, strong odor coming from the bathroom that seemed structural (likely plumbing-related) rather than a cleanliness issue. It significantly impacted our stay. With those two...
