"Close to the airport, and serviced by a shuttle from the LAX terminal. Room was clean and bigger than most. Hotel bar was alright with good food and drink options. Parking is expensive as near LAX and pool area is basic. A good hotel if you just want to be near the airport. Was expensive but was during the FIFA World Cup so was expected"

"We only stayed to sleep a few hours before our early morning flight but it was a still a great stay. I honestly don't recall hearing a plane at all; you'd never know you're staying right next to the airport! Lol Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle drivers were amazing. Super efficient getting everyone where they needed to be. I'd stay here again."

"The hotel property is good but there’s no room service, the staff is unhelpful and if you need anything you need to come down to reception and stand in the long Que. Phone line from rooms are disabled and no basic amenities even after asking. The self car parking card doesn’t work in one go and you need to try it multiple times and ask someone to help. These are basic things and for this price I can’t justify the cost. Choose some other place who have trained their staff better."

"I made a mistake when I booked with Expedia . I thought self parking is free parking . I ended up paying $63 / day . It was already late at night when we got to check in after the back and forth call between the Expedia and the hotel. The front desk upgraded us to a double queen instead of the king size and sofa bed. As always , Embassy Suites is clean , spacious room , indoor pool with good free breakfast ."

"We booked this hotel because we needed something close to the airport. The free shuttle was very convenient and the waits were short both times we used it (I liked that it only picked up from one other hotel). The front desk staff was fantastic and let us check in early (I know this isn't always possible due to availability so it was greatly appreciated). Our room was great. It was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the comforter was very cozy. We'll definitely be staying here...

"Great price and even better service. We checked in after midnight due to a 2-hour delay and our king bed wasn't available, but the clerk handled it perfectly by giving us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. Highly recommend!"

" The welcome crew where very nice and helpful. Helped to find a room for my sister and close to each other. The rooms were clean. But i do not recommend buying the breakfast and including it to your stay. Not worth it. Its better to buy it somewhere else. It was a small selection and not tge greatest. "

"Overall good hotel. It gets a lot of traffic so breakfast was a bit congested and staff struggled to keep up. Only low was we requested a late checkout around 9:45am and was told they only accept requests by 9am. The property was not full just unwilling to accommodate which was a let down."

"Check in was a breeze, despite a $300 incidental/hold fee. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The on site restaurant was perfect, as I checked in nearing dinner time and had not yet eaten."
