"Large and welcoming lobby. Exceptionally helpful front desk and other lobby staff. Three restaurants at the property - we visited the diner-type restaurant which was as you'd expect but more efficient. Got a room upgrade - to a huge, beautiful room with expansive view and even a balcony! Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was great. The Bell Hop was extremely personable and charming. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Check-in was at 4pm which seems a bit late. I ended up getting there at 2 and ended up paying $50 to get into the room early after just finishing a 7 hour drive. Had I known they were going to be testing the fire alarm systems from 2:30~4PM I would've held off until the normal check in time. The room was clean and a good size. The faucets for the sink and shower were "fancy" and operated...
