"The hotel is quite dated but still maintained at a very good standard. The property was clwan and the exec room was quite spacious. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely."

Besonders praktisch für alle, die die Stadt erkunden möchten und kurze Wege bevorzugen. "

"The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! "

"Me qnd my friend travelled from glasgow and we got there an hour before checkin our room wasnt ready which was fine but staff went above and beyond to get our room ready so we could get in as soon as possible staff were lovely had no issues if ever in Birmingham again would stay again "
