"We live this place, have been there lots but
Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner.
Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night.
On the plus side, Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced."

"The Belfry trades heavily on its famous name, but the experience doesn’t justify the premium price.
My room was clean but very dated, with no air conditioning and only a noisy fan that made sleeping difficult even before the real issue started.
The biggest disappointment was the late-night noise. Guests drinking on the terraces created a constant level of shouting and disturbance that was completely at odds with what you’d expect from a luxury golf resort. I booked expecting a peaceful night...

"Very poor quality bed - can feel all springs.
Air with no ventilation options except bathroom window which was overlooked by a crowd outside
very tiny fan in room which didn’t help.
High noise is no joke - like being in The club in your room especially with window open trying to ventilate the smelly sauna.
Breakfasts was extra but nice.
wouldn’t stay again."

"Nice hotel, good location, spacious rooms, having air con was perfect. Large TV (although screen was dim on one side).
Unfortunately the room was tainted by the smell from the shower drain.
Breakfast was good. There was a lack of GF options despite asking for some to be provided during the booking with Expedia - I’m not sure the hotels get these, or take notice."

The fan gives off a hot air instead of cold air. Next thing NO REFRIGERATOR is in the rooms either I had two rooms book under my name and when I checked my friend room it was the same like mine; I went downstairs to entire about the rooms I was told each room doesn’t have Air conditioning or refrigerator; I was so disappointed for my first day...

"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean.
The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

"This is a 5 star hotel and is away from the city centre. It’s quite a distance from the national express coach station but closer to the Flix Bus stop. It’s uphill from downtown and nobody knows where it is. We have asked 3-4 people to finally find the hotel behind a hill. The breakfast was more than we had asked for. It’s so fancy with all kinds of hot and cold food you can imagine. There’s mango purée, fresh berries juice, regular milk, yogurt, soy and oats milk, etc. It’s like having lunch...
