Check in process was all virtual, no customer service or attendants to help, roaches, sticky floors, more roaches, elevator has not been serviced in 3 years, it made a horrible noise and was sketchy, we took the stairs which was hard on my 70 year old mother in law, more roaches, dirty towels, dirty room, dirty hallways, fountain out front doesn’t work, room was not as advertised, we expected two queen beds and two TVs, we got two full size beds and one TV. I’ll be filing complaints. "

"I stayed there for one night in room 422 the room was okay but there's some things that could have been taken care of better like the king bed it's like the mattress don't fit the box spring and there were cobwebs up in the window when I open the curtain. I guess the air condition wasn't working in the hallway so it was kind of warm in the hallway when I passed the thermostat it said 77. In the bathroom the metal rod in the shower that you will use to get up out the tub if you was sitting in tub is very loose, and the water didn't get as hot as I thought it would get so I had a cold/warm shower. "
