"Dirty bathroom floor. It was black when I wiped it. Bedside tables covered in dust so thick you can draw happy faces. Light not working above the bed. Kitchen floor sticky and dirty. Hasn’t been washed in a long time. Dirty bathroom door on the Inside, yellow and yucky. Dusty and very dirty around and behind the toilet. Never replied to our messages which were sent a week before our arrival. Expedia states that check in is till 10pm. At 7 pm there was no one there. Very disappointed "

"Location was good for access to the tram, room kitchen contents was mixed as was cleanliness as I was not happy with the initial room we were given. The bed was extremely comfortable and hot water aplenty. Free laundry room. Overall good value for money and the gentlemen on reception were helpful and friendly."

"Room was adequately clean. The room we stayed in probably required a deep clean and some general maintenance. Parking was easy enough, however do some research as cheaper parking is available without going through the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Super easy to use trams and within walking distance to casino, shops and other attractions. "
