"Great location. Host of issues though to the point that i changed hotels after 1 night. The do not have smart TVs so you cannot access netflix on their TV. The property also has a "desitnation" charge of 50$ which i was told is standard for "every" hotel in Boston. Funny, swtiched to the Marriot in the North end, and they do not have this tax. Water pressure in shower is horrible. Also, the daytime manager told me from 5-7 they offer free drinks and live music. So around 6pm I decided to go to...

"Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston.
The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"
