I was very frustrated my daughter called twice then I called and asked to speak to manager. Then we got pillows. Other than that great hotel, location and service. "

"It was really convenient staying here. The room was amazing! It was a shame that I only stay one night. But for sure it will become my favourite hotel in London near to the airport.
The personnel from front desk , specially a girl that I had the luck to talk with her whilst I was waiting the shuttle to terminal 3. She is so kind and amazing!
