"I had a room on the first floor which I did not like. The bathroom light was really dim and the bathroom was super tight. When I went to wash my hands the water in the sink was really slow to go down. Ultimate turn off. I called the front desk and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and didn't call back and they didn't call me back. I left and went somewhere else. I was over it."

"The parking was parking. The breakfast was frozen food. The room bathroom was wreckless; rust, mold, peeling wall paper, peeling tub, there was ants, mattress uncomfortable. The pool water you couldn't see the bottom and pumps were not on. We will not be staying here in the future. "

"Breakfast is always on spot , I chose Tru for this reason as well. I have stayed several times already and no complain or whatsoever. Hopefully there will be microwave in the rooms or at least in the lobby for guests to use."

"Most of the staff here is amazing.However , they are unaware of things that go on here in this hotel , and I think it's time that they figured them out. Management team is so blind here.They let their staff go in the room where they put the laundry and they let them smoke drugs , not just cigarettes , but drugs. They make their guest stand off the property, but they let their hotel staff smoke drugs here, or at least that's what Jay does and Ur, which is the maintenance man.\nIs up at the front...

"The staff were great and did very well with what they had. We were in a two bedroom king suite. The had been smoked in at some point and the smell was still present. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear and look like it should be in a fraternity house. The fitted sheets or mattress pad did not fit the bed and the corners constantly came detached. Also, one of the toilets would continuously run until the tank lid was taken off and the valve was manually shut. This property has a lot of wear...

"Nothing worked properly, it had roaches and the elevator stop working after 2 hours of being there "

" there was no hot breakfast available neither coffee or hot items like eggs. I want a refund for breakfast not being available. I I had to go get breakfast separately at a restaurant which made my available time limited before my meeting. "

"Everything is good. My only issue was that there was no hot water when I showered. It didn’t mention it or called the front desk as I checked in relatively late. I just dealt with it. Other than that it was fine "

"It’s an older property as fast as HI’s go but still clean and comfortable. Even better, the staff were great! Bryan at the front desk is someone I remembered from a stay at the HGI in Chesapeake - top notch. Karen hosted breakfast and sang softly to the soundtrack. I had my headphones and YT music but didn’t need them. People make the difference and this team rocked it! Don’t hesitate at all to stay at this one "
