"Great room, sparkling clean. Staff were uniformly kind and attentive. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great breakfast. Wonderful stay."

"Towels were dirty, the hotel smelled badly. It was the safest place I ever stayed in. Didn't feel safe, the side door were always kept open by guests too lazy to use their hotel keys, they would place sticks in doorway to keep the doors open. We couldn't get out if there fast enough."

"The price/ nightly rate could not be beat. Being annextended stay hotel, there is no daily housekeeping. Staff super friendly and there is a Kroger supermarket nearby wih a Starbucks cafe inside. There's snother bigger Starbucks coffee shop some 400 feet to the north side of property"

"Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that."

"Parking lot needed a little makeover the pool was in a state of repair was not usable trash was piled up next to the dumpster perhaps a nother dumpster or a bigger one? Overall it was a good experience theye are just a couple of things i noticed i was only there overnight"

"Room wasn't clean, had mold, yellow gunk on walls, smelled gross. Cigarette burn holes in sheets on the bed. Walked in, looked around, gave my key back and left."

"I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there were no pet free rooms. I don’t have an issue with animals, but when you wake up covered in pet hair (cat presumably), you might take offense. I left a review with the property as well as my number for a call back, but I have not heard from them. Also, the bath gel had not been replenished before my stay, and judging from the state of my clothes - the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. I think the concept of having a pet friendly...

"The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, there was a constant horrible scent coming from the bathrooms even when they werent in used. The information about the amenities was not appropriately given. (we had no assess to the pool and there was no information given that the pool was closed ) The customer services was terrible, the wifi kept going down. It was an overall horrible experience being at this property and I will never ever stay there again even if I am paid to do so."
